Where do you ship from?
Our items ship from our fulfillment partners' warehouses. Processing takes 1-3 business days, and delivery to the US typically takes 7-15 business days after that. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Do you ship outside the US?
Yes — we currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand. See our Shipping Policy for delivery windows by country.
What's your return policy?
We offer 30-day returns on non-personalized items. Custom or personalized pieces (like name necklaces or birthstone jewelry) are made to order and can't be returned unless defective. Full details are on our Refund Policy page.
Is your jewelry hypoallergenic?
We prioritize nickel-free and lead-free pieces. If you have a specific sensitivity, check the individual product description or contact us before ordering and we'll confirm the materials.
My order hasn't arrived yet — what do I do?
If you're past the estimated delivery window, contact us with your order number and we'll track it down.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Reach out as soon as possible — if your order hasn't been processed yet, we can usually make changes. Once it's shipped, it's out of our hands until it arrives.
