Where We Ship
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand only. If your country isn't listed, we aren't able to ship there yet.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. During high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.
Shipping Times
Delivery times vary by product and destination. As a general guide, after processing:
- United States: approximately 7-15 business days
- Canada: approximately 8-16 business days
- United Kingdom: approximately 9-18 business days
- Australia: approximately 10-20 business days
- New Zealand: approximately 12-22 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees. Occasional delays can occur due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or high demand, and are outside of our control.
Customs and Import Charges
Orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes assessed by your country. Any charges not collected at checkout are the responsibility of the customer. We are not able to predict or cover these fees.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available. Some smaller or lower-cost items may ship without tracking.
Multiple Items, Multiple Packages
Because items may ship from different fulfillment locations, orders with multiple products can arrive in separate packages at different times. This is normal and doesn't indicate a problem with your order.
Lost or Missing Packages
